Sometimes your customers are going to want a refund on their

purchase. How do you handle it? How do you minimize refunds? We're going to talk all

about it in today's lesson, so let's get down to business. Every credible business, a business that you could trust has a refund policy.

And the reason for this is that you want to reduce the risk for the

customer. So when a customer actually goes and tries to buy something from your

store, your website, whatever it is, you want to be able to tell them, hey, there is

no risk here. If you don't like it you can

return it just think about it if you're going to shop at any of the stores you

frequent even if it's something like Walmart Walmart
