how do you manage a daily podcast production schedule,

let's say 10 10 minute episodes.

Good question, Jim.

A lot of people ask us to this question because having a daily podcast is not easy.

Many people can't maintain a daily podcast past episode 60, 70.

Usually it's around the two month range where people start to fall off.
