And Dan asks, would you recommend using a forum or a Facebook private group for my community?

Great question, Dan.

I actually touched on this in our three-part lesson on how to create an online course

earlier this week, but I might give you some options when it comes to forms,

as well as the advantages and the disadvantages of using a Facebook private group.

Forums and private groups are a great way to cultivate a sense of community in your business.

This is essential if you want evangelists, if you want people to be your cheerleaders and spread the word about what you do.

So this is quite important regardless of what you're selling online, whether it's a course or whether it's a software or even a physical item.

I've seen some great physical retail stores have great private groups to help support

their customers as well as customers interacting with other customers sharing how they like to use your product.
