I'm also the co-founder of Webinar Ninja, an independent software company I started

with my co-founder back in 2014. And in today's lesson you will learn why business is

simple but not easy. Many people as they start and grow and scale their business

they get overwhelmed, they get confused, they start feeling like man

business is complicated, there's so many things to think about, there's so many things to do, there's so many things to keep track of, and this causes a lot of stress and discomfort in your day-to-day life as a business owner.

One of the things I like to do to solve all that stress is to remind myself

that business is simple, but it's not easy. And I'll explain what that means in today's

lesson. For me, the opposite of easy is challenging.

It's going to require some effort. It's going to require a bit of time and a bit of

risk too, risking my time, working out things to figure out what's going to work and what's not

in my business. It's going to take some hard work and therefore it's not easy.

But the reality is that business is actually not complicated because business is all about

helping other human beings with a product or service and humans essentially are

pretty simple creatures. I'll explain how you can break down your own business to simple

steps so you can just focus on what matters and understand that hey, accomplishing these steps

are going to take some hard work, it's going to take some time,

it's not going to be easy, but it doesn't have to be complicated or stressful.
