you around? When you start a business you have a lot of energy enthusiasm you can't wait to get it out the door

It's exciting days but as you start growing this business and you start feeding the business your time and

energy and money it becomes its own thing it becomes its own creature and this is

something I learned early on in entrepreneurship is a business is really a separate entity from yourself.

A lot of people think when they're running a business, the business is them and is part of

their lifestyle.

And that can be true, but if you're not careful, your business can take over, meaning it can

impact your personal life, your social life, your health, your wellness, your ability to sleep

at night.

If you don't take the reins, the business will.

And it will demand of you things you just can't be doing consistently.

What ends up happening is that you feel run down, burnt out, and you ask yourself,

how don't I get in this situation where everything is about the business?

It's the focal point of your life and you don't get to enjoy the fruits of your labor.

So in today's lesson, we're going to identify.
