0:46.6	I know speaking on stage gives me exposure and helps my business and brand, but I'm an absolute
0:51.7	nervous wreck and I'm an absolute mess leading up to the speech.

1:03.2	Public speaking is not for everybody.
1:05.2	It's not something that comes natural to everybody.
1:07.5	Now everybody feels comfortable as soon as they get on stage,
1:10.7	even after several times on stage. So what you're going through
1:13.8	what you're experiencing is totally normal and some of us when this happens we
1:18.0	be ourselves up we say to ourselves I'm being ungrateful you know this is a
1:21.6	great opportunity I should just suck it up and do it but the whole process is so
1:25.6	unenjoyable for you. So in today's lesson I'm going to answer your question
