And as a common term in the SAS world,

software as a service,

when somebody says, get the business ready for sale.

What it means is that getting certain things

organized in your business,

so you're not sloppy, so you're on the up and up.

So if somebody does want to look into your business to invest to

become a partner to buy at one point you're ready you have everything set to go
