Everybody raises their hand, right? And then, okay, who's going to run this thing? And everybody puts their hand down. You know, and then some, some poor junior partner is now stuck with trying to manage this property for the next five years, and it's a slog. And Cindy kind of, I think, changes that in my eyes. I mean, she makes the good point that you don't make money when you buy, number one. You make money when you operate well. |
