So there's a number of people who've made this popular Walker Diable and also Cody Sanchez in Main Street Millionaire. And a lot of people looking into the business acquisition space, we're going to look at it from a bit of a scale perspective, or we're not going to buy a laundromat or anything like that. We're going to say, how can we build a wealth-building platform like we do in multifamily, and how can we apply these syndication techniques to that, and how do we use a team approach to actually set up and build a team so that we're not actually day to day.
