Hey, everyone. Today on the show, we're going to have Brad Johnson. He's been investing for 20 plus years,

and he really started like so many people with a rental property.

And today he has literally managed his $3 billion in assets.

And he's now into an enviable spot of being what's called an asset allocator where

you're simply investing your own money as well as clients' money into opportunities

with other operators in the mobile home space and other private equity as well.

So it's just really interesting to hear his story on how he got becoming an entrepreneur

early on and some of the ups and downs of that, go getting a job for some stability and

then essentially burning out as an investment banker and then taking a huge step back and buying

real estate in the mobile home park space and then kind of building that up and then pivoting

into this current role he's in around fascinating story of what he's able to do in 20 years

Hey, it's great to have you here. You have so much investing experience over, what, 20 plus years and real estate and alternative investments. It's adding up.

but back when you were a little younger, talked about your early investing days, right?

What was going on in your life and how did you get into investing in the first
