entrepreneur, also author, and he's the very successful real estate investor entrepreneur, also author,

and he's the guy behind Burgo Capital's $300 million portfolio, which is impressive. In fact,

we're going to cover his journey from his no money down duplex to building up a portfolio of 20

before realizing that it's not scalable and transitioning to what he has now, a hundred-person

company as well. But we also talk a little bit about his book, which is really about building a purpose-driven life.

And how he's applying that to his own company so that he can be more successful with that, but also to your life.

And this is really, really important that we get clear in what we want so that we create a strategy that actually gets us to where we're going to go.

So you've really created an impressive investment company, and you have over $300 million in assets, $3,000 plus units.

But in two minutes or less, how did you

get here, Andrew? Well, a bit of a non-traditional path. I graduated from college with no cash,

no experience, and no credit. And I actually bought a duplex having read Rich Dad, Poor Dad. I was like,

you know, this entrepreneurship and real estate thing sounds

pretty good but I picked up every book I could on how do you actually do that with no money

and so I got started in real estate by closing on a duplex actually walked away from closing
