but he just did his first deal and uh we interviewed him and i want to know how did he do it what did he go

a five and a half million dollar raised now he didn't raise all of that of that. Okay, he raised about $800,000 of that. How did he do in such a short period of time? why I think syndications is for nearly everyone, certainly from all walks of life. And we've helped

literally hundreds of people get into multifamily. And there's really not a major pattern,

demographic or ethnicity or almost resources and personalities as well.

And here's why I say that, because we have people who are analytical, we have people who are

introverts, people who are extroverts, people who are more relationships and sales-oriented.

And, you know, Gina Wickman had him on the podcast here a year or two ago, and he has

his book called The Entrepreneur Leap,

where he argues that very, very few number of actual entrepreneurs live there out there,

and they're really born, not made.

And I think in general, the way he describes entrepreneur, where you're building businesses

to scale, he's probably right.

But this multifamily real estate syndication business appears to be different.

And it's for a variety of different reasons. First of all, is that at the nature and the heart

of syndication is a joint venture. And it's because of the two roles in a syndication. This is why I

think this appeals to so many different people and why so many different people from all walks of
