One of the great challenges taking back that country is that too many people who have an opportunity to help win this fight and it's a fight it's a

battle it's a war make no mistake Bullets aren't flying yet. But it's a war. One of the great challenges is

insubordination or insurrection within the ranks.

That's not the word I'm looking for.

One of the great challenges is instability in the rings maybe. And you

see this on professional sports teams. Basketball seems to be the place you see it the most because there's

only one rock and only one guy can score and they're all ego maniacs. It's why

Shaq and Kobe couldn't be on the same team for any longer than they were.

You get these egos.

You go back to the Celtics of the Larry Bird era.

And Larry Bird distributed the ball, even though he could have taken every shot in the game. He didn't. He distributed the ball and kept people involved.

He would often drive and pull coverage to himself and pass off to Dennis Johnson.

He would often pass off to the chief, Robert Parish, or God, just had, what's his name,

Kevin McHale? How did that name me?

One of my heroes.

Crazy.

Some of you understand, you can't recall things.

But that's what made him a champion.

And if you study the career of Michael Jordan, you

understand that being the best dribbler, shooter, defender, and at one point he
