disclaimer it's a little bit of a curveball because I've never really talked about this topic in this way but I think

it's going to hit home with you.

So we're going to talk about letting it go or at least reframing it a little bit.

And when I say it, I actually mean the view of our relationship with our parents and how they should and I will say

quote unquote should act as parents because sometimes it's not that we necessarily just need to

take action although of course we can

can all use a little cake in the butt to like get ourselves going or you

know squash that habit of hesitation that we're so often building but

sometimes we just need to look at things through a different lens and that tiny little reframe or tweak can really help us in an impactful way just get out of our own way and make some moves, right?
