on immigration is ramping up. All right, Jake, let's move on to the first story here. Chuck Schumer

making moves on a couple of big pieces of legislation this week. Yeah, that's right. He filed cloture,

which means it's a key procedural motion on two big issues.

One is to begin debate on the January 6th commission. This is the commission that Nancy Pelosi in the House passed.

35 Republicans voted for it in the House and Senate Republicans are opposed.

And the other motion is to close out debate on the U.S. Innovation and Competition Act.
