where things stand on infrastructure talks. Number two, progress on police reform legislation.

And number three, a new business group is forming opposed to raising

taxes to pay for any infrastructure package. All right, Jake, let's go to the number one story of

the day. There has been some movement on infrastructure talks. Some of it's in the weeds about

process, but it does matter. Yeah, that's right. So the Senate Democrats are not going to,

they're probably not going to use the 2021 fiscal budget resolution again to pass

another reconciliation package.

So let's translate that for you.
