Welcome back to TBTL, this is hour two of a big Monday night program for you.

Usually we run some little fun drops, audio bits and pieces, but that seems to be a little

glib considering what's been going on in China, and it's something we're going to be talking

about during this segment, so here we are just talking to you without our normal lead-in.

While most of America was sleeping last night, China, at least the western part of China,

the Sichuan province was suffering through one of the worst natural disasters China's

scene in like three decades.

A 7.9 earthquake hit outside of the capital city of Chengdu, and they think that a minimum

of 10,000 people are dead.

There's a school with hundreds of students trapped in it.

It's just a kind of unbelievable disaster that's befallen this part of China.

And by coincidence, one of the tens, somebody, a guy named Dave Jones, actually lives in Chengdu

and Jen, as soon as you saw this news story, you started emailing him this morning because

you're a warrior.

I'm a warrior.

So we're happy to report that Dave is okay.

And he joins us now on the phone from Chengdu to kind of tell us what's been going on

there.
