Where have I been I've been gone for what three or four weeks I guess I was doing a lot of shows and then suddenly stopped.

Well, the reason I stopped is Jiu-Jitsu is the reason I stopped doing shows for a while.

You may know what Jiu-Jitsu is, maybe you don't.

If you don't know, Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art, it's a type of fighting.

Jiu-Jitsu originally comes from Japan.

That's why it sounds strange.

Doesn't sound like an English word because it's not.

It's Japanese. Jiu Jitsu. And it's a kind of very old

martial art. The history goes back to the samurai actually. So it goes way back to the samurai.

Jiu Jitsu is also closely connected to Judo, which is a sport.

Jitsu also has, part of Jiu-Jitsu is sport, part of it is self-defense.

They're kind of two types of Jiu-Jitsu.

Jiu-Jitsu was made famous more recently by the Brazilians, specifically the Gracie family from Brazil.

So there is a kind of Jiu-Jitsu called Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or Gracie Jiu-Jitsu,
