Yesterday. Yesterday woke up, got out of my bed, and I was tired.

And I was tired. I'm sure I'm sure you have had this kind of feeling in your life at some time you wake up and you just feel

exhausted right like your your arms feel weak, your legs feel weak, you have no energy. That's how I felt.

Now, I had slept okay. I got enough sleep. I was just physically and mentally exhausted.

So I got up, I went to the bathroom, drank some water, thinking, oh maybe that'll help, you know, maybe just slow to wake up.

But no, didn't help.

Still, no energy.

It was hard to even stand.

I just wanted to lay on the ground, lay on the floor.

So I made some coffee.

And I drank a cup of coffee.

Usually if I drink a cup of coffee in about 10 minutes I can feel some energy coming, especially

in the morning.
