Today we are going to talk about how you can maximize your sales with chatbots and artificial intelligence.

Yeah, so we talked about this in a previous episode about chat gPT. What's really cool is one of our mutual friends,

Yeneva, he has a company called Nextiva. And I remember we were talking to him

years ago and he was just like, you know, one third of their sales is just made from people

going on the website buying themselves, one third is roughly from the phone number,

and one third is from chat. Chat at that time and still today it was responsible for a lot of his revenue.

And you're talking about a multi-billion dollar company. I think they raised

$200 million from Goldman Sachs at a 2.7 billion dollar valuation back in 2021.

It was something like that. That was our first round of capital that they took.

Chat is super powerful. Yes, it's boring, it's ugly, but it still works. Now the issue or the problem

with chat more so is you need people there 24-7 because you never know when your customers

have questions or potential customers have questions.

And the second thing is how accurate are the responses.

So you don't want to really automate things the old way using like, hey, let's do can responses

because those didn't work too well.

But now with AI and Open AI is a company that's just releasing a lot of this AI stuff that

you're seeing all over the web.
