There's a restaurant in LA that I know we've talked about on the show before called the Griddle.

It's a great breakfast spot if you're ever in the neighborhood on sunset and Fairfax. And the manager there is a guy named Alex who over the years has become

somebody we see often. And the last time I think Christian and I were both in there

Alex who's a very positive

person, he said, hey, you know, good to see you guys and and he looked at Christian and he said, wow, you have lost a lot of weight.

She and he couldn't believe it. He just couldn't and even throughout the meal, he'd come over to me and like, I can't believe I'm much weight. Your brother lost and

even subsequently texting me, it was there was always a reference made to how much weight you lost.

For the record, I've never lost or gained more than eight pounds probably since I was 18 years old. Yeah. So he definitely got the wrong person.

There is an occasion where I see, you know, heavier than not a few pounds here.

There he definitely got the wrong person. I was like both flattered that he was paying me such a positive compliment.

Yeah. But also insulted that he clearly had the wrong person.

Right. Because ordinarily that would be a really he meant it as a huge compliment.

He was like, it's amazing. Well, you've accomplished. You've been using all this weight.

That's a very rare thing. I would think a positive insult.

You know, like, God, you are so nice. You're just so nice. You're you're not nearly the way you used to be.
