as a team executive, media, professor, thought leader, at all those titles. When people ask me

for titles, when they quote me, I'm like, you pick. You know, I got a lot of

And I want to start with a remembrance.

You know, sometimes you get to the sad part of the podcast at the end.

I want to do it at the beginning.

And it's not sad.

It's just a remembrance and an adulation for someone that didn't really get much,

even with his passing on Sunday.

The NFL's had four commissioners, including the current one, Roger Goodell.

Three are now passed, have passed away.

The original commissioner is Bert Bell, succeeded by Pete Roselle, succeeded by the man I'm

going to talk about now, Paul Tagliu.

He died in his home in Washington, D.C. In my time in the NFL, I was under the sort of leadership of Roger Goodell for a couple years,
