Summary

For the celebration of the 50th Together Run, join Tina for a run along the ocean in Lahaina on the island of Maui. Beginning with lots of sounds of nature, then moving through our usual body, mind connection points of a body scan and senses check in. Tina then goes on to share about what has been a life changing week, including a spiritual moment on Earth Day. Tina finishes up the run along the beach, discussing the fact that we never feel like enough. This Together Run is a wholesome way to connect with our body and our mind while we reflect on Earth Day. to touch something, so you feel something alive or at least put your feet on the ground,

0:59.8

as my dear friend, Sanjay, we're all reminded me, mother ground is still under the earth,

1:08.4

under the cement, she's still around us, I'm gonna reach, I know I'm gonna do it actually for my

1:15.3

nature, I'm gonna reach out just because I'm in this place and touch a mango, I'm touching

1:23.2

growing mangoes for a small, snow in there, ready to be picked, but so this way, the cool thing to

1:34.3

a little deep one for a second, let's just go for a little run, and then the beach to begin,

1:59.4

so you heard me just leave my little refuge place, and now I'm on the beach, isn't that crazy?

2:09.8

the seconds from the beach, I just ran along here for a few moments, the sun isn't yet, it's not dark,

2:29.6

few minutes, just came here yesterday night, and there's something in the water there,

2:41.1

it's not going with me, maybe it's just a bit coral, um, watch the sunset, which was spectacular,

2:51.9

and I got me thinking about something which I want to talk about in a little bit,

2:55.7

um, but first, let's do uh, it's so peaceful, you hear the waves crashing in the background,

over by the uh, where the coral is, but then here, right by the, by the,

when the, where the water is coming in, it's just like, barely lapping onto the shore, just
