Most successful things in life require some teamwork and that principle is especially true for your marriage.

Aaron, how dangerous is it for couples to think,

we're not a team, I'm fine. I'm good by myself.

Mm. You know, it really is difficult because they are defying the exact design that God gave us.

He gave us the design to be connected with each other.

And when we start to convince ourselves,

like, I can do this solo, well sure you could,

but when you're married, God created marriage

and created us to be connected to each other.

So it can be dangerous.

I think if so many couples that come in and they're divided

on an issue or they're divided on their approach to something and it impacts the

relationship and somehow some way they find their way back together and realize

that's what we long for. We long to be connected and to be a team.

Yeah, I think there are many times when I just look over at Dina and I think we're so different,

but we make such a great team and I can see how God is woven us together for unique purposes.
