otherwise choose. And here we are. So it's all very civilised down here. We've had Live

for a while which is the sailing week and we've had the wonderful magic carpet boat which has

been here which belongs to the man who worked for the best in court family and he inherited

£160 million and he spent it on boats and he sails his boat. He's from Wales and he's a wonderful

gentleman and him and his lovely wife Christina, delightful, wonderful people.

They did very well and there were many classic sailing boats here. The Gettys are here with their

boats. October is actually the most wonderful time to be here because it's a bit quieter and you

don't get the ever tourists and because of the tragic situation in Ukraine, the Russians are no

longer here either which actually in my view I think it makes an improved place. And here I am,
