Hey, I'm John Gordon with Positive University and my guest is Matthew Del Negro. Matthew, we just jump right into these kind of interviews and I want to know like

what are you doing this week to give people an idea of what your life's like and and what work you do?

Okay I am an actor that's what it says on my tax returns to give you what I'm doing this week.

It's Monday right now, 845 a.m.

I got up this morning.

I've been on this program recently

or I'm getting up super early, like 330.

Writing a screenplay, so I work on that while my house is quiet, my kids are asleep, my life is asleep. It's been really good just to kind of have that quiet time and be able to do some deep work writing and

then 530 the gym open so I go there I get back by seven.

My wife does the lion's share of getting the kids ready but we'll get them ready

when I'm not shooting which right now I'm not we'll walk them luckily we're pretty close to the kids

school so we'll walk them to school and then I'm back here and you know I've got this

home office home studio where I do my podcast 10,000 knows and I also write and do any other work that I'm doing.

Yeah, no, and in terms of work, I just finished a comedy series for Netflix called

Huge in France that will be out

available for streaming next February is what they're telling us.

That's always a little subject to change, but really, really happy with that that had a blast shooting that this summer

here in LA and then like two weeks in Paris which was kind of awesome I had never

been before so it was it was kind of a trip of a lifetime my

wife got to come with me and that was really cool so what is that show about it's uh... there's a

comedian a stand-up comedian in Gad Al-Malais, who is considered the Seinfeld of France.

And in real life, Jerry Seinfeld has taken Gad
