We're going to see how often we can do this over the course of this season. Matt's a busy man, but he's come back today. And Matt, man, it's good to see you. How are you doing? I came back, even though I found out you were booing the heck out of me in 2001 with the deal. You heard you were leading the Dilfer chance. Now, I thought it was Trent Dilfer leading the deal for him for all those years, waving the towel on the bench. Like he was Phil McConkey, but no it's kind kind of a joke, but not really, but yes.

You know, I was like, I got a little nervous for seconds. Like, how does he know I was doing him? I think you said it. I think I heard you say it. Like, as I was signing off, you know, like you sign off a Zoom, like we're not on Zoom. But like, you know, you sign off a Zoom. it's like end meeting for all or whatever

0-1. I was like, click. I was like, wait, what? I'd love to do the rest of that. But then I thought about it. I was like, no, but like there's probably only three people that weren't. It was like my mom, my wife, you know, maybe two people, maybe Jim Zorn, maybe three, you know.

So, no, I'm just, I'm totally, uh, you know, maybe two, two people, maybe Jim Zorn, maybe three, you know, so,

It's, uh, I think like I, like we talked about a little bit last time, you know, all these things that happened in your journey, you know, as a quarterback for sure, like they, they help make you who you need to be. And, you know, I think like the 01 season for me was, uh, at times very, very difficult for a lot of

different reasons.

And, you know, I think like the 0-1 season for me was, uh, at times very, very difficult for a lot of different reasons. And, um, you know, I think it got me to a point that I needed to get to be like, you know, skin like an armadillo, water off a duck's back. Like, it just, you needed to get there. And I don't know how I should get there besides like really kind going through it sometimes sometimes. And so yeah, it was it's all it's all good stuff. You can see the early like seeds of what became

the tree of your personality on the field back then because you would refuse to let a play die.
