Well, probably can't remember exactly what we talked about the first go around so

Probably cover a lot of things twice just because it's been so long, but kind of what you do I guess is a profession

so I'm a

Muscle and exercise specialist. I'm a licensed massage therapist. I got my degree in health and physical education

I've studied a bunch of physics. I try to apply

Physics towards resistance training and exercise. I I

do a lot of consulting with people on their exercise programs with

frequency duration loads trying to get people to

realize progression and

intensity and

There's a difference between performance training and

longevity and I think we have a tendency to drive this whole performance thing a lot and we don't understand why we're either breaking down or falling apart

so I also do bodywork to try and restore motions and

reduce pain and get people functioning better so
