Stocks are higher at the open, the S&P 500 up a tenth of a percent or two points in 1996.

Dow Jones Industrial average up a tenth of a percent or 17 points to 16,966.

The NASDAQ up almost two tenth percent or 7 points to 4714.

Ten-year Treasury down 930 seconds, the yield 1.86 percent, yield on the 2-year 0.86 percent. Nine-x crude oil is up about 8.10% or $9.30 to 1267.
