This is Laura, and this is episode 18, where we're talking maternity leave and transitioning back

to work. We've got a guest, Lauren Smith Brody, who will be

joining us for the main segment. But first, we are recording this in November of 2017 and airing

it first in early December of 2017, which is when Sarah is due with baby number three. So how does

maternity leave tend to work for you?

I mean, this is number three for you, Sarah.

Yeah, so this one should be similar to my last one because I've been working at the same place since then.

The one prior to that was during training, during fellowship.

But all of my maternity leaves, I've been lucky enough to be able to cobble together close to 12 weeks.
