I couldn't think of a better way to kick off a new year than with today's guest, the one and only Matt Fraser.

Matt Fraser is a former professional CrossFit athlete and the first athlete to

ever win the CrossFit games five years consecutively, earning the title of the fittest on earth.

In this episode, we talk about Matt's life growing up and the influence that both of his parents

had on his approach to work ethic, to training and life.

And of course, we talk about what it takes to become the fittest man on earth

and how sometimes you need to find more than one way to get motivated.
