Summary

An intriguing first round of the Masters is done. Dusted. Andrew and Iain convene on opposite sides of the Atlantic to discuss it all, with Justin Rose finding himself in a very familiar position of leading at Augusta. Cruising along and seemingly in control, two double-bogeys in the last four holes have made his task a whole lot more difficult.

Meanwhile we are keeping a close eye on Eddie's adventures out in the Middle-East and, as the clickbait headlines go, 'You won't BELIEVE what happened to this player in his first round!!!' Or perhaps you will...

It was, I'm feeling, I think, a lot better than Rory McElroy's feeling right now. It's just so great to be, I mean, we did commentary on the players championship, but just to have major championship golf back after such a long while. It's a lovely feeling. And I really think this first day of the Masters delivered on so many fronts.

1:41.3

really of what's going on possibly even looking a little bit upset

1:59.7

golf story of the day it is the golf story of the day. It is the golf story of the day.

2:02.1

Something really remarkable happened.

2:04.5

2:11.3

Now he started his opening round.

2:12.9
