Summary
Our final big preview episode for the 2025 Masters in which Andrew and Iain persuade Eddie to join them from the United Arab Emirates, so that they can all share their relatively informed thoughts on what might happen over the next four days at Augusta National. Iain is invited round to Laurie Canter's very nice house to sit down and have a chat ahead of a Masters debut for Eddie's best man. We also hear from a very relaxed Rory McIlroy as he once again takes most of the attention in the build-up to what might or might not be the final leg of a Grand Slam. There is still time for a discussion on some deeply unimpressive viewing figures for LIV at the weekend, and for the Eddie die-hards there is also something of a preview of his latest tournament, where our intrepid Tour player seems most concerned that he can't find any butter or sugar in his accommodation for the week.

| 2:04.1 | when he meant to go to Augusta, Georgia. Yes. David Facey of the Sun. Oh, well, yes. Anyone who would know David Facey would know that this is not something that would come as a great surprise, but he actually went to the wrong Augusta. Got off the plane and thought, this is a bit cold. All right. Well, more than that. Actually, no more than that. That's the story. No more on that to come. Eddie Pepperl is in Ajman, Derbyshire. Ajman United Arab Emirates. And of course we're going to do all masters here, but Eddie is getting ready for his first of a couple of tournaments in the United Arab. You have been out in a pro-am today, were you? Pro-am. Quite a quick pro-am. We're in buggies and there was only three of us, so we got around in under four hours, which the amount of poor shots I hit, they were quite relieved, I think, to see, but it was fine. It's quite a nice place actually where we are so did they see the darkness no no although one of the playing partners did come up to me and said oh i've noticed you you don't seem very happy not today he said not today but just when i've watched you in the past you don't ever seem very happy but then he went on to say that he spoke to colin montgomery and said the same to monte and monte said well no i'm fine off the course I'm just like the game frustrates me and I said well that's where me and Monty are like so yeah there we go but so many ways so many ways yeah the burgeoning |

When I walked in for lunch, the day I arrived, I saw a woman who looked like a doctor, quite frankly, and I thought I was in a hospital and they don't do any sugar. I asked for some butter this morning on the toast, and he said, we don't do butter. It's a a health resort so you can have all sorts of treatments |

I mean, I, oh no, I couldn't. You know, I struggle, you know, in Japan. I mean, they are getting more and more of it now, obviously, because of Western tastes coming in. But Japan is like not a land of dairy at all. So when I was looking |
| 3:08.3 | for butter, you know, you have to, you had to look quite hard to find dairy goods. But they like their coffees now, but milk and butter and things. I was a bit frustrated because I can understand the no sugar policy. I agree. It's bad for you. But when I said, I'd like some butter and they said oh no butter it's a health health result I said well I kind of said |
| 3:06.9 | well is butter unhealthy I oh I could have been prompted into an argument there because there's an argument to we have, but I didn't. But yeah, as I said, there's a plunge pool. There's a sauna. There's a steam room. I've been using that and relax. I went to pool this morning. so yeah all good thank you this is great well we'll |
