So we're all in this together, but seriously, listing off all the things we have to balance

question because I think it came very a little bit to the person in the job situation. But I think

depending on your on your work, that time management thing is such a big important piece in that.

How do we how do we do our job well with the responsibilities we have there? What about our family? What about our time? What about the times we feel overwhelmed and stressed? And instead of taking time to really work on that, maybe we don't. And so that it affects our home life. And then we don't get enough exercise and sleep and all those kind of things that

we if we just don't balance our time very well, they can be a problem and they can be a problem

and, you know, if you continue to not get enough sleep, it affects us in big ways. So that's going

to affect you at home. It's affected you at work. And so for some people, it's kind of like to

on this treadmill they're on and they can't figure out how to balance

everything and to balance all that time. So I think that's one of the things. And I think, too,

you started a job. I had a couple one time I just think of. And they were, he was in starting a
