0:00.0	Well, when you look at the fact that about half a percent of Bitcoin holders control about 65 percent of Bitcoin in circulation, that's a concerning item for anybody because it's too much power concentrated in one area.
0:12.1	And then the thing that is interesting, I think you might be touching on is the fact of how it's being issued in the form of an ETF.
0:17.4	It would be the equivalent of somebody that buys a gold ETF, which is how I buy
0:21.4	gold for my clients, arguing that they physically hold gold, you don't. You hold certificates that are
0:28.2	representative of the gold ounces that are being held on your behalf, but you don't hold that gold.
0:33.9	Now you're going to have people paying expense ratios. So expenses to buy Bitcoin.
0:38.1	So now there's going to be a fee for that. We were buying grayscale, Ethereum and Bitcoin trust,
