Summary
While we cannot always control which emotions arise, we can master how we respond to them. The second chakra teaches us that emotions are like water—they are meant to flow. When we try to suppress or resist them, they can become stagnant, causing tension and discomfort. When we allow them to flow, we are able to feel deeply without getting stuck in the feeling.
