Oh, it's my pleasure, my friend. So how would you get us started by telling us a little bit about yourself and what you do? My name is Kenji Yoshino. I'm a law professor at NYU,

specifically I'm the Chief Justice Earl Warren Professor of Constitutional Law. But perhaps more importantly, for these purposes, Kwame, I'm also the fact that I'm the Chief Justice Earl Warren Professor of Constitutional Law.
