I just got back from strategic coach.

If you never heard a strategic coach, it's where I go to school.

It's to help me be a better educator, a better

entrepreneur, a better leader, a better company owner and a better human being. I've

been in it for about five years. Dan Sullivan is the head teacher and

owner of the company with his wife Babs.

They're an amazing couple and they just transform lives.

And I just got back from there so I'm super psyched.

I got strategic coach rules and techniques on the brain.

So one of them really hit me

that I thought would be really powerful for you guys.

So I'm going to do a condensed version

of what Dan calls the moving future.

So what I'd love for you to do is get a piece of paper.

momentum, and motivation in three columns on that piece of paper.
