I'm so excited to have you back if you're one of my long-term followers.

If you're new, it's a pleasure to have you here.

I hope to be part of your weekly routine to deliver you capabilities and direction and

Today I got two really important things to share.

First off, I just got done with a new book. It's different

than any book I've ever created. It's called Dean's, well it's Dean Graciosi's Students Secrets.

What we did is we asked our students, some of our most successful students and students from all over the country and the world,

to send in their most guarded secrets on what they've learned, to be successful in life and be in real estate and I was overwhelmed by

thousands of secrets that came in. Well we sorted and sifted and we narrowed it down

to a little over a hundred pages of secrets

from our students and created the most amazing book.

Now I'm going to put this book for sale,

but you, my loyal followers and students,
