I wasn't going to speak about Stephanie Grisham's new White House tell-all,

because I figured what else could there be that people don't already know about Donald Trump.

Previous books have made clear that the former president was mentally unfit and determined to carry out a coup, these books being tuned to the political chaos and terrifying reality

of insurrection and violence.

In short, there was nothing funny about these books because they were all too real.

They are potent

reminders of the clear and present danger Trump poses to this republic on a daily basis and why

he belongs behind bars, spotlighting the dark forces unleashed by the former president and his

circle of autocratic sycophants. A situation during the transition where the CIA director, Gina Hasbill, after the Secretary

of Defense Esper was fired, worried of a right-wing coup happening behind the scenes privately.

Then you had the erosion of all the people around President Trump not corraling him in the presidency.

That's why we believe based on our reporting, the peril does remain. The system barely held together. Will it hold

together again if presented with similar circumstances? But with Grisham's tell-all, we are reminded

of what Trump really is. A fucking failed reality star, a game show host, obsessed with the size of his own penis,
