I would say the biggest thing I did was probably just reprioritize.

I literally had to tell myself, if the business doesn't grow this year, it's okay.

that's success. The fact that we grow a dollar year over year, that's success.

And it's hard because as a founder, you're told or you hear a lot.

You know, VCs are in the business to make money.
