So Maryland had a brutal college basketball season, as many of you know.

Certainly U-Turp fans know that.

Just a horrendous season, one of the worst, if not the worst of my lifetime.

So they are busy in the portal portal and they are busy with recruiting.

24-7 sports, a big monitor of recruiting and then, you know, transfer portal stuff, just named

Maryland's off season right now and their incoming combined freshman class and transfer class.

Maryland has added three transfers so far with the transfer portal being open.

Probably more to come. But 24-7 sports, one of the big college recruiting transfer portal websites, just ranked Maryland's

incoming class number one in the country. The combination of their recruits, their freshman

recruits, which includes the kid Baba from Blake High School in Silver Spring. He's a top 10 player in the country.

He was the number one player in the 2027 class, but he reclassed to 2026.

And I think he's in most cases top five to top 10 player.

They also got other players incoming freshman players, including a four-star guard,

Caden House and a four-star power forward as well.

But they've added a big power forward from New Mexico in the transfer portal,

a much older sort of power forward front line player from Oklahoma State.

And they just added yesterday, Bishop Oswell, who played for that Tennessee team this year that made the elite eight.

They added him, he's a kind of a combo guard point shooting guard.

And right now, 24-7 sports has Maryland's incoming combined recruits,

freshman players, and transfer portal additions as number one overall in college basketball.

So I don't think they're done yet.
