So some press conferences, sort of postseason press conferences, not like heading into the postseason

because neither the Wizards or the Capitals are doing that. But postseason is in, their seasons

are done and people are talking. We had the Anthony Davis stuff from the other day. Well, Will Dawkins,

the GM, spoke today. And I'm going to get to that here momentarily. Also,

Alex Ovechkin held a press conference today. We will spend some time on that one for sure.

But let's start with the Wizards General Manager. Now, is this the specific question, Max,

where he's asked about Brian Keefe's future?

I don't know if he's asked about his future specifically, but his performance this season is part of his answer. So here, let's just, let's roll the clip. A lot of players have talked about

how helpful Coach Keefe has been in the developmental side of things. But now that, you know, you guys have talked about train metaphors, gas pedal from a few months ago,

now that things are starting to move forward, how do you evaluate the on-court coaching job he's done,

and what kind of things has he done that you're already looking at for the future?

Yeah.

I think you heard first and foremost the guys when you guys asked him questions the

other day about BK as the person. He's just that high level type of person and has that

connectability with the guys. And for me, it's probably clear he has a track record of development,

like a really good track record of player development, both old and young players, which is rare.

We put them in a situation this season, which was a little difficult when you just think about

the amount of youth and the amount of change that we had. We fled the NBA and starts for players

under 21. I think we had 50 plus different starting lineup. So we threw a lot at

him and he still was able to kind of dive in and get consistency from our players and style of

play and things of that nature. So when we get together and we talk, we give our guys two or three
