Mary started her fashion and design blog as a side project during her first life as a

cardiovascular intensive care nurse, a job she held for seven years.

Eventually, she left nursing behind to focus her attention fully on her blog, growing

happily grey into a well-respected brand with an audience of over 2.6 million followers

across platforms, including almost a million on Instagram alone.

Today, the brand also has a brick and mortar store in Nashville featuring Mary's curated

assortment across apparel, kids, accessories, and home.

On top of everything in the fashion and media space, Mary has also broken into skin care

and wellness, with her mom-focused vegan-lined NEMA featuring a nipple and lip balm, scar

treatment, and stretch mark cream.

But she's not stopping there.

Just this week, Mary's latest venture is out for the world to see her new book titled

Happily Grey, Stories, Souvenirs, and Everyday Wonders from the Life in Between.

Peeling back the layers behind a glossy Instagram feed, Mary shares personal stories that dig

deep.
