Yeah, and it's so important to just go back to that fundamental nugget, that food and

emotions are entwined. And we can get to that food-mood connection and we can know how to use

it, or we can label it emotional eating and just deny it. And so what I am thrilled to be

doing right now is bringing food and emotions together in a way that we all know anecdotally

they're connected, but bringing the hard science in is very important. So about 15 years ago,
