I spoke with the great actress Martha Plimpton recently,

and I'm going to share our conversation a little earlier than expected

because we just learned last week of the passing of the great Tom Stoppard.

He was, of course, the genius playwright and screenwriter

responsible for classics like Rosencrantz

and Gilden Sterner Dead, Jumpers, Arcadia, The Real Thing, and so much more. And in our interview,

Martha and I spoke about him at length because she was nominated for Tony working with him in his classic The Coast of Utopia.
