While it's newsworthy that Kansas Senator Roger Marshall has asked the Department of Justice

to investigate ESPN for possibly breaking the law as it breaks up the Big 12 conference,

this feels like it will go absolutely nowhere.

A junior senator from Kansas asks the Biden administration's attorney general to do him a favor? Hey, if we're calling in favors,

can we investigate laws being broken that allow a million illegal aliens to walk into our country?

But Joe Biden is having a bad week as Ron DeSantis is just owning the president on COVID. DeSantis

fired back on Biden about his open borders and says this president has lost all credibility

when it comes to controlling the virus and needs to do his job to keep these people out.

At the same time, shockingly, White House reporters are actually asking the spokesperson if Biden should

be investigated independently like Governor Cuomo was because women have made claims in the past

about Biden's sexual conduct in the workplace. I was shocked. They're asking the question.

We'll see if this gains any momentum.

The National Football League is considering daily COVID testing again after it's learned

32 players that have been vaccinated tested positive this week. It's the Players Association

that wants this daily testing. That surprises me. Of course, these players aren't sick and most of

would never have known they had COVID if they weren't tested,

but the league seems hell-bent on making a big deal about it again this year.

Also, sporting Kansas City with a big win in Los Angeles takes over first place in the Western Conference,

and one college athletic director appears to have more principal than most in his profession.
