The Pro Football Hall of Fame is better than the baseball Hall of Fame.

There, I said it.

Almost nobody in sports media would agree with me,

and baseball purists would cut me out of their life altogether just for saying it.

But it's true. The football hall acknowledges and celebrates that it's a hall of fame,

not a hall of statistics. We have several great stories to share

surrounding the Hall of Fame game Thursday night that proved this point.

At the same time, we ask which current chiefs will be in the Hall of Fame?

I have four locks,

three probabilities, and a couple maybes for you. See, isn't that more fun than having people

tell you Salvador Perez will never make the Baseball Hall of Fame and the Royals will always just

have one player in? Makes my point for me. Soccer star Carly Lloyd was the best player on America's bronze medal winning team,

and she did the hardest thing of any American athlete in Tokyo.

She is brave.

She is bold.

She is a tremendous talent, and she's clearly her own person.

Isn't that how we celebrate girl power in sports?
