On Wednesday, April 20th, 2022, 67-year-old Stephen Reid was supposed to play in his weekly tennis match in Concord, New Hampshire but never showed up. When he and his wife, 66-year-old Djeswende Reid, stopped answering calls and texts, their family became worried. No one had heard from the couple in two days. After a massive manhunt through the nearby hiking trails by their home, a gruesome discovery was soon made, but not before police ran into a suspicious man living in the woods. A man they would eventually deem the “Mountain Dew Man.”
