And before we get into it, can we just say, for those of you who don't know, her new podcast, Sheroic with Cassie Ho is now live and on the day that they launched, they rocketed rights number one in health. So yay, Mad Kiddo. See, my love. Very impressive. Very great feedback. You've been getting his smash bang amazing. So yeah, it's been, it's been quite a ride and Obviously super excited about the release we've been working so long you've been getting is smash bang amazing. It's been quite a ride and obviously super excited about the release. We've been working so long. You've been talking about it for like two months from the first start today and so now kind of being out there and getting the feedback has been amazing. But to be honest, the biggest thing was like the way it all happened, so I was super stressed that we were releasing it when we were away. I mean, that was like so stressful for me.

1:25.8

Yeah.

1:26.8

But there was something about being away with you in like this beautiful country, like it was just amazing and spectacular and then we were in celebrated in the evening, just me and you and I don't think we would have done that if we were here. I think we would have just gone in hustle work mode. Yeah. I worked with them and they probably wouldn't have said two words to you.

1:45.2

And then I would have just gone to be because I was shattered.

1:48.2

Because we were away, even though I was watching. hustle work mode like I would have worked today probably wouldn't have said two words to you and then you know

1:45.7

I would have just gone to be because I was shattered right because we were away even though I was working a lot We kind of then just took that even into going truth and just like when you're working you looking at this beautiful ocean You got yachts around you Yeah, I know I know.

2:03.3

Alright, what you got for us?

2:06.6

Let's start.

2:07.6

Oh why?

2:08.6

Yeah, let's start. All right, so first question by email. Hey, Lisa and Tom, thank you for giving us friendly advice and being so warm and real weekly. I'm currently working on my vows. the not next weekend or we may have missed it. Oh no. I just realised, are we? But if we haven't, then hopefully this will help you. And I'm curious about what you both might suggest as must-haves when articulating this commitment. Of course, vowels are very personal so if you could talk about your must-haves or what you would have liked to express when you were married, that would be great. Thank you again, can't wait to hear the new podcast Lisa. Thank you. Jane Pellke from Nova Scotia, Canada. Nice Nova Scotia in the house. Yeah, so there's a question for you. Indeed, do you want to kick it out? So I guess we should say we didn't write our own vowels, we got married in a very rare way. Yeah, the Greek Sump played that game.

3:07.9

Let me tell you right here and right now. There's a question for you indeed you want to kick it out? Well, so I guess we should say we didn't write our own vowels. We got married in a

3:05.8

Greek song play that game like let me tell you right here and right now I felt like I was getting married in like the 1500s. It was crazy. They were speaking ancient Greek So it wasn't even like so you got to imagine the guys are the big beards and the huge robes and tall hats That's, it was, I mean for you it would be less weird, but for me it was like, where am I?

3:28.0

They don't do rehearsal so I'd never seen... and the huge robes and tall hats. It was, I mean, for you it would be less weird,

3:25.0

but for me it was like, where am I? They don't do rehearsals, so I'd never seen any of it. I had no idea where I was supposed to be when I was standing, none of that. And they don't, like, all the traditional cues for me growing up, like, the, here comes the bride song, they start playing it and everybody's standing, none of that existed.

3:45.0

And they were waving like smoke and like chant. It was actually amazing and precisely because it was so different, there was like a real waitingness to it. Like it took on, it felt like a ritual in a way that like, you're sort of everyday, Sunday, like, wouldn't have for me, not if we had gotten married, like what I grew up with being used to, which is very informal. It's in a church, but it has that sort of colloquial vibe. Like a lot of times whoever's officiating is like cracking jokes and stuff, they didn't fucking play. Like, there was none of that.

4:25.5

It was super ritualistic, which I loved and was so meaningful to me.

4:30.5

So that was amazing.

4:32.4

And if anyone see my big fat Greek wording, that basically was our life.

4:35.7

You got 100%.

4:36.9

But did they show the wedding in that?

4:39.0

I don't remember.

4:40.0

They do, but people spit on her.
